“Easy access, close to home and easy to work with. They don’t try to constantly sell you some other coverage or have you pay an exorbitant rate. When we changed carriers their quote basically cut our rate in half compared to another major insurer that runs lots of TV ads. When my husband retires and will no longer commute to work we’ll need to adjust those rates but I’m not worried. It’s easy to change. Our cars will just be used for leisure and hobbies. So I’ll just call the office when l need to adjust the rate. ”
